Dillon land
The newest subdivision where there are still lots available is Whispering Pines, not far from the Summit Cove neighborhood. The lots are recently developed, with some of them backing to Forest Service land. Some are wooded and others are in open meadows with great views. It is a popular neighborhood as it is close to the Dillon elementary school.
Occasionally a few lots come on the market in other neighborhoods, but the majority of them are in Whispering Pines. A description of the Dillon subdivisions is in the Dillon homes section.
