Frisco land

Frisco has little space left in which to build.  There are a few unbuilt lots in The Reserve, perhaps one or two in Wooden Canoe at Waterdance and any others are scattered throughout Frisco.  Most lots are 1/4 acre to 1/2 acre.  The Town of Frisco is now requiring that any new homes meet “green” building requirements.  Building code information is available at the Town of Frisco website.

When searching for land in Frisco, we seldom come up with more than 10 listings at any one time, and as time goes on, it will be fewer and fewer.
