Keystone townhomes

Keystone does not have a lot of townhomes that are what most poeple would consider “affordable”.  Tennis Townhomes, in the Forest neighborhood, just across the road from the ski area, is one of the few townhomes that are both large and relatively inexpensive.

The Snake River at KeystoneMany of the properties that have been built more recently are townhomes.  Settler’s Creek, Ski Tip, the Seasons, Red Hawk Townhomes and Trappers Crossing are townhome style, although structured more like condos, where you do not own the land they sit on.  Many of these units have a one bedroom condo on the lower level, and a larger townhome on the second and third floors.  They usually have garages as well.  A few duplexes are scattered around Keystone, with the newest at The Sanctuary, across the road from the ski area.

Broken down by neighborhood (see the Keystone condo page for more descriptions of the neighborhoods) are:

Ski Tip Neighborhood; Ski Tip Ranch, Trappers Crossing, Settler’s Creek.

River Run; Red Hawk Townhomes

Forest Neighborhood;  Cabins in the Pines, North Star, Starfire, Tennis townhomes and The Seasons.

Mountain House Neighborhood, Ironwood townhomes, Autumn Brook and The Enclave.

Mountain View Neighborhood; Campfire Mountain Homes, Snake River Village, Frostfire.

As you enter Keystone, across from the new golf course, you will find Antlers Gulch, on your left.
