Silverthorne land
The majority of Silverthorne land for sale is in the Three Peaks area. Coming on line soon will be lots at Angler Mountain Ranch and then Maryland Creek Ranch, which currently is owned by LG Everist Company, a sand and gravel company. Their mining operations have, over the years, formed the chain of ponds you see along both sides of Highway 9 as you head north out of Silverthorne. Once they move on, the former cattle ranch will become high end home sites.
Silverthorne subdivisons have been described under the Silverthorne homes tab, so check that out to know where the different areas are. Have you wondered where the Dillon/Silverthorne boundary is? Most people think of it as I-70, but it is actually right behind the Office Max store. The store is in Silverthorne, as is the shopping center it is in, but go out the back door and you will be in Dillon. Vitamin Cottage, behind it, is in Dillon.
