Silverthorne townhomes
Wildernest is the prime area for townhomes and condos in the Silverthorne area. Among the townhomes you will find there are Woodworks, Villamont, Saddle Ridge, Buffalo Mountain Townhomes, Prospector Village, Spyglass, Lodgepole at Wildernest and Forest Park. Two new subdivisions in the process of development are Rolling Ridge and The Village at Treehouse. Additionally, there are many duplexes and triplexes in the Wildernest area. As a general rule, (but not always), duplexes and some triplexes have no homeowner association dues and they are governed by a Party Wall agreement which determines how the property gets maintained. If there are no dues, you can safely assume that each owner is responsible for the entire structure, landscaping and snow removal.
Silverthorne, in the valley below, has several townhome complexes. They are, The Ponds at Blue River, Blue River Run (which also has some duplexes) West of the Blue Townhomes and The Hideaway, at the Raven golf course. In these cases, the HOA dues usually cover water and sewer, trash pick up and snow removal as well as exterior maintenance. Willowbrook, a very popular neighborhood just north of the town of Silverthorne, has many duplexes and triplexes that are also included in with townhomes in our MLS system.
