I can’t believe they said the owner of Wasabi’s in Breck was petulant! He’s the reason we go there all the time — he’s hilarious and wonderful, and their agadashi dofu is SUPER yummy.

I have not been to Wasabi’s, but I love Japanese food, so I will try it….maybe this week!
