Specialty Sports Venture stores operates several stores in Keystone, with 170 stores from Colorado to California, specializing in ski, bike and fly fishing stores. One of the best known in Summit County is in Silverthorne, and it is known primarily for its prices. Mountain Sports Outlet rents and sells ski and snowboard gear in the winter and bikes in the summer. They just had their Ski Rex sale last weekend, but they are known for great prices all the time, not just during sales. You can find a second MSO store in Glenwood Springs.Keystone Sports/River Run Sports is THE full service ski and snowboard retail shop with rental services in River Run. They carry the latest and best ski and snowboard gear, clothing and accessories to complete your experience. This shop is located in the heart of the River

Village and is convenient to everything in Keystone. There is a second shop location in the Mountain House base area. River Run Rentals has a rental location across the first bridge on your way to the Gondola. Full service rentals as well as repair services are conveniently located within steps of the slopes. It is very handy to have the rental shop close to the snow if you have problems fitting boots or gear that needs adjusting. The Official Keystone Resort Logo Wear Store has all the sweaters, mugs, hats, gloves and memorabilia you need or want to remember your vacation to Keystone. There is a great selection of gifts to take home for friends and family. The Columbia Store specializes in the latest sportswear, ski apparel and clothing from the quality and stylish Columbia brand.These are just a few of the Specialty Sports Venture stores. If you are from Boulder, you will be familiar with Boulder Ski Deals, and Denverites know Colorado Ski and Golf. Perhaps you don’t realize that the same company owns Beaver Creek Sports and Aspen Sports. They are very good at giving a community what it needs in the way of sporting goods stores. They certainly have the Keystone market covered! Try one of their stores; you will like what you find.
