It’s easy to remove your snowy boots and drop off your outdoor toys in the mudroom before entering the house helping to keep the dirt and cold outside. As you enter the house, you come in between the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a bar area, perfect for the kids or to eat a quick breakfast before heading out for the days activities. The entire living area is open with lots of windows. A gas fireplace sits in the far corner, a location that allows everyone to watch the dancing flames and the warmth spills out into the room. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level. Off the living room is a huge deck. A large hot tub takes up a portion of the deck but there’s still room for a table and grill. The deck overlooks open space with partial lake views through the trees and the mountains off in the distance. You’ll be able to enjoy the setting year ’round when you’re sitting in the hot tub watching the snow fall or having lunch in the sun.

Downstairs is the perfect spot for the kids. There’s a family room that makes the perfect spot to play video games or watch a movie. The bedroom is currently set up as a bunk room to sleep 4, and there’s a full bathroom. A small patio and lawn off the family room makes it easy to let the dog out or let kids get some fresh air.

Upstairs are two master suites. Two large bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms with double sinks. The full size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet between the two bedrooms.

Add a 1 car garage and plenty of additional parking and this home is the perfect Summit County gathering spot.

Located up Ryan Gulch Road in Wildernest this duplex is convenient to all Summit County has to offer. The free bus stops nearby, hiking and biking trails wind their way through the surrounding National Forest, and wildlife is abundant. Don’t miss this one!

Located in Center Village at Copper Mountain, this 1 bedroom condo is just yards from the slopes but in a quiet setting overlooking West Lake.

In a prime Center Village location, this 1 bedroom Copper condo is your perfect high country getaway!

Looking down from the 4th floor West Lake sits right below you. You watch the small boats chase each other around the lake as the sounds of laughter float through the air. The Ten Mile Range is the perfect backdrop leading your eye up to the beautiful Colorado blue sky. People are abundant around Center Village during the many summer festivities like Guitar Town, the Courage Classic or Copper’s 3 Ring Circus. Winter is even more spectacular as the views from this condo turn to ice skaters sliding across the lake. Snow covers the mountains defining the SKY chutes in the distance. The sky seems especially blue against the contrasting mountaintops. It’s easy to enjoy your morning coffee here knowing it will be an equally spectacular day on the slopes. Off to the right you can catch a glimpse of the runs near the top of the mountain. The Eagle and Flyer lifts are just yards away. This convenient location will make your ski day so much easier.

This 1 bedroom condo has a nice pull out sofa in the living room allowing 2 additional guests to sleep in front of the fire and watch tv on the flat screen above the fireplace. 566 square feet of space is roomy enough for four adults allowing for a dining area, full kitchen, private bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Just a few upgrades in the furnishings give this condo an added edge over the competition. Being sold fully furnished including all of the appliances, cookware and dishes, and pillows and such so you can stay there immediately after closing. When you’re not using it, it makes a great rental. With multiple management options available you can easily handle the rentals yourself, go through Copper Mountain, or choose another company.

Located in Taylor’s Crossing in Center Village. This complex was built in 1999. It has a secure entry with an elevator and underground parking beneath the building. Ski lockers, fitness room and steam room are located on the 1st floor as is the outdoor hot tub. Laundry facilities are just across the hall from this condo which is conveniently located near the elevators. With retail space in the first floor, Taylor’s crossing is in a high traffic area near Burning Stones Plaza (the location of most concerts and events) and the ski lifts. It’s location above the lake make it a more quiet and serene setting allowing you to choose to be a part of the action.

Right on the shuttle route this cute condo makes a great ski condo or summer getaway.

Nearly 1000 square feet in this Keystone 2 bedroom on the shuttle route for under $250,000!

Now is a great time to jump into the Summit County market and what better place to be than Keystone. Be ready for ski season with a cute condo just steps from the shuttle stop that takes you right to the base of the mountain. This 2 bedroom condo will comfortably sleep 6, makes a great rental and is a peaceful second home. Enter the condo from the 2nd floor of the Flying Dutchman complex. Ski lockers on the first floor keep you from having to drag your equipment up a flight of stairs to the condo. The condo opens to a large living room. The kitchen is to the right; galley style with an bar top opening the kitchen to the dining room. The dining room has two walls of windows and is open to the living room keeping the living area large and open feeling. The vaulted ceilings also enhance the open space. There is plenty of space for everyone in the large living room. A fireplace sits on the far wall, currently a wood buring fireplace but stubbed in for gas if you prefer the clean and efficient operation gas provides. It’s easy to imagine yourself here, comfortably lounging in front of the fire after a exhilerating day on the slopes. Laughing with your friends and telling stories about the day’s adventures as dinner is prepared. The deck off the living room is the perfect spot to grill a couple of steaks or burgers while watching the snow fall quietly onto the treetops and the lawn below. Occasionally another owner or guest is spotted heading down the sidewalk to the swimming pool and hot tub located in the adjacent building. As you head back inside you smile to yourself as you realize you have found paradise. This fantasy can now be reality. The steady appreciation seen over the years in Summit County has stumbled. It’s a great time to take advantage of a down market and begin to enjoy the casual pace of life Summit County so beautifully provides.

Off the spacious living room is a full bathroom and the main level bedroom. The bedroom is large with ample closet space and a sliding glass door leading to the deck also accessed from the living room. You have just found the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the brisk mountain air. A spiral staircase leads from the living room up to the second bedroom and bathroom. Creative design allows for more room than you would expect for this bedroom and large 3/4 bath. This upstairs bedroom could become your private, master suite or if you prefer a main floor bedroom, this area could easily give your guests ample privacy whenever they visit.

The Flying Dutchman complex is conveniently located off Soda Ridge Road in Keystone. Nestled in the trees you feel like you’re in a secluded mountain setting but you are just minutes away from the ski slopes. National Forest is nearby as is Keystone’s golf course, Lake Dillon and a variety of other recreational opportunities. No matter what brings you to Summit County, this affordable Keystone 2 bedroom condo is a great place to be.

A quick elevator ride to the 4th floor and you'll enjoy vaulted ceilings, skylights, a loft and the open feel that a top floor condo provides.

This spacious Buffalo Village condo could be exactly what you are looking for in a Summit County home.

This condo has all the perks of a top floor location without having to haul your things up several flights of stairs; you can take the elevator! The living room of this Buffalo Village condo is large with two glass doors leading to the deck on either side of the wood burning fireplace. Vaulted ceilings and skylights make for abundant natural lighting. Unlike many condos in the county there is a nice dining room with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Very little unpacking is necessary as the condo comes fully furnished. The kitchen is no exception, fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Just supply the food and you’re able to start preparing a meal the moment you move in. The open floor plan will keep you in the loop of the conversation even while you’re in the kitchen.

The two bedrooms are separated by the living space. The large master bedroom has ample room for a king size bed and bedrooms set. There’s a full bathroom off the master bedroom. You come to the second bedroom and full bathroom on your way to the living room. The second bedroom may not be quite as large as the master bedroom but easily holds two full size beds, sleeping four. Upstairs is the loft. Conveniently arrranged as additional living space the sofa sleeper will pull out into a bed to sleep two more people whenever the need arises.

Buffalo Village is a condo complex located towards the top of Wildernest. It consists of two buildings each with two wings. The AA/BB building is the upper building with the CC/DD building just below. There are 132 condos, most of which are two bedroom condos; less than 50 are studios and 1 bedroom units. 26 of the two bedroom condos are on the top floor so they will also have a loft. Each building has pool facilities and hot tubs. A racquetball court is also available. Dues for these units include all the untilities including cable. The owners will have to pay for a phone line or internet access if they choose to have these services. The HOA is a combined HOA with the Buffalo Ridge Condos across Ryan Gulch Road. Because of the combined HOA, all owners have access to all the common amenities that include an additional pool, hot tub and horseshoe pits.

The perfect spot for year 'round fun at Copper Mountain and across Summit County.

The best seats in the house are on the deck of this one bedroom Copper Springs Lodge condo in Copper Mountain’s East Village.

Watch the skiers come down the mountain at the end of the day while relaxing in your very own condo after a fabulous day on the slopes. This is the life! And this is a great time to make it your life! Prices all over Summit County have come down with the economic downturn and it’s a great time to capitalize on this opportunity. And why not with a cute ski condo at Copper Mountain?

Located on the third floor center, this condo is exactly where you want to be. With a full kitchen, large living room with a gas fireplace and nice deck this is great for year ’round use. The kitchen and bath have tile flooring. All appliances, dishes as well as most furnishings are included. The living room has 2 windows and a sliding glass door that let natural lighting flood the condo all day long. Views from here are of the ski slopes leading down to the Super Bee, a 6 person chair lift. Back inside it’s just a flip of a switch and the fireplace is roaring letting you easily snuggle up in front of it on those cold winter nights. The bedroom is off the living room. A private space for two people to share. These windows share the same slope views visible from the living room. Pull out the sofabed for a comfortable way to sleep four. This condo has been well cared for with limited owner use over the years. The property wasn’t on a rental program and the care the owners have taken over the years is apparent. This is a great condo at Copper Mountain for a great price.

East Village at Copper Mountain is a great location. Typically it’s not as busy as Center Village so you don’t have to deal with long lines and crowds of people as often. There are still great dining choices and the tubing hill is nearby. A shuttle bus runs between the villages making it easy to enjoy the entertainment Copper often brings to Center Village. Just a quick shuttle ride and your back to East Village, away from the noise and commotion, whenever you want to be. There’s convenient access to Copper’s golf course as well.

Copper Springs Lodge is East Village’s newest building. Built in 1998 it definately feels newer than most nearby condo complexes. You will enjoy underground parking and an elevator ready to take you to your third floor location. If you prefer a game of pool, there’s a pool table on the second floor or take a dip in one of two outdoor hot tubs. A fitness room and sauna round out the amenities offered to homeowners and renters.

Peak One rises dramatically in front of you as you lounge on the deck of this Frisco duplex.

Don’t worry, you don’t have to stay outside to enjoy the fantastic mountain views. The living room, kitchen and even the loft all have equally impressive views. You can be in the living room, in front of the fire watching the snow fall on the peaks of the nearby mountains. Large windows frame the view for you as the afternoon sun warms the home. The kitchen is open to the living room with a small bar area providing additional seating. Granite tile counters give the kitchen a touch of elegance as does the gas cooktop with separate wall oven and microwave. The master bedroom is also on the main floor along with a master bath. Every bedroom in this home has plenty of room for a bed and bedroom set without feeling cramped. On the way to the master bedroom is a cute little reading nook. Large windows flood this little area with light making it the perfect spot to curl up in a comfy chair and spend the day with a good book. Just off this nook are the stairs to the loft. Even the loft feels spacious. Windows provide more great mountain views and it is open to the living room below. This is a great space for an office or another family room.

The main living area is one flight up from the entry. On this ground floor entry level is the entrance from the attached two car garage and two more bedrooms and a bath. One flight down is the laundry room and a huge family room. With a wet bar, full bath and walk-out this room could have multiple uses. It could be a lock off, caretakes quarters, a family room with a pool table, a huge bedroom/hang out for a teen, a workout room or a swarm of other things. There’s 2,796 square feet of space in this 4 bedroom Frisco, CO home that will easily adapt to your needs making this home perfect for you.

All this and in a great location too. Only a few blocks from Main Street or Summit Boulevard this Frisco, CO home is convenient to shopping and dining but still quiet and private. Don’t miss this one!

It's hard to believe that you can have nearly 6,000 square feet of living space without losing the warm and inviting feeling of a mountain cabin in the woods.

You’ll be amazed at all of the space inside this quaint home located in one of Frisco’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

From the moment you see this home you know you are welcome. The warm, comfortable feeling washes over you as you walk up the sidewalk to the covered front porch. It draws you in with it’s old fashioned flavor and somehow relaxes you as you step into the entry. A cozy sitting area greets you immediately as you might expect. The warm, wood flooring stretches throughout the main level enticing you to venture further inside. As you make your way inside you won’t be disappointed. The kitchen is off to the right. A large kitchen complete with stainless, GE Monogram appliances, double ovens, an island, breakfast nook and built in desk. High ceilings and plenty of windows give the home an open feel without compromising the warmth. With Corian counters and tile flooring you know that this is a kitchen that can withstand regular use. Across from the kitchen is the formal dining room then two steps up and your in the living room. A wall of windows frame the view of Buffalo Mountain. A vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace are the touches you need to feel right at home. A door leads to the deck that wraps around from the front door giving you a private outdoor spot to enjoy the view. Down the hall from the living room is the entrance for the back door. You won’t feel like you just came in the back door when you use this entrance though. A half bath, office and huge laundry room are tucked back here along with the mud room entrance from the oversized, 2 car garage.

As you head upstairs it opens up into a large library with ample bookshelves for even the most avid reader. There’s room here to add a cozy ready nook next to the windows if you would like. Off one side of the library is the junior master. The sheer size of this room may make you think you are in the Master bedroom but it’s just the junior. The vaults of the ceiling add more character to the bedroom and keep it from feeling too large. A private bathroom has a large shower, separate tub and pedestal sink. Of course, in this home, no bedroom is complete without a walk-in closet. Off the other side of the library is the Master bedroom. This bedroom has a closet built for two and a sitting area that can be closed off from the rest of the bedroom by a curtain. Located in the top floor of the turret, this sitting area has views in every direction. This would make another great reading area, a relaxing spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a workout room that’s just the right size. If there’s two of you using the master bathroom in the morning you don’t have to worry about running into each other. There’s ample space in the bathroom with a self standing tub, large steam shower and private commode. Elegant double sinks and a wall of cabinetry ensure there’s plenty of room for all of your toiletries and linens. In-floor heating keep the tile floors throughout the home a comfortable temperature even to bare feet.

The lower level is practically an entire home by itself. As you come down the stairs you enter the billiard room. At one end of the billiard room are two more rooms. One is a bedroom with it’s own 3/4 bath, the other is a finished workout room with a doorway that leads to an unfinished basement. This area serves as the utility room housing the boiler and water heater and would be perfect to store anything and everything. Off the other end of the billiard room is the wet bar. A large 3-sided bar with sink and microwave is the pivot point for the lower level allowing for easy access from the billiard room or the family room. The family room has a gas fireplace and a walk-out onto a secluded patio. This would make a great place for a hot tub. At the end of the hall that runs between the bar and the billiard room is another bathroom. This bathroom services the lower level living area as well as two more bedrooms that are just around the corner. These are the only two bedrooms that don’t have a private bathroom. Both bedrooms do have a fireplace and walk-in closet.

Located in the Frisco Duck, this beautiful home is in a great location. It’s close to everything in Frisco but in an area that is nicely tucked away from the county traffic. A small but desireable neighborhood that dead ends just beyond this home limiting traffic and nearly ensuring the private and secluded feel.

Large 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in a fantastic Breckenridge location.

All 805 square feet of this 1 bedroom condo in Breckenridge could be yours! Pull into your very own carport and right around the corner is the entrance to your ground floor condo. The large living area is to your right when you come in the door. There’s plenty of room for an apres ski party with all of your friends or dim the lights for an intimate evening with just the two of you. A sliding glass door opens to a private patio. The patio runs the length of the condo and connects to the bedroom with a 2nd sliding glass door. The bedroom is nearly as large as the living room. Added conveniences include his and hers closets and a private entrance to the bathroom.

Tucked back around the corner is the eat in kitchen. Any cooking messes will easily stay out of sight from your guests. If you prefer to get them involved in the cooking there’s plenty of counterspace to accomodate a couple of cooks in this kitchen without bumping elbows. A table for six lets everyone eat together as soon as the meal is ready. After eating you can head to the end of the cul-de-sac for a swim in the heated, outdoor pool or, if you prefer, a relaxing soak in one of 4 hot tubs.

The Lift Condos are in an excellent Breckenridge location. In close proximity to the Quicksilver lift, Maggie Pond and the town of Breckenridge you will never run out of things to do nearby. If you want to explore the rest of the county there’s easy access to Highway 9 that takes you to Quandry Mountain where you can climb a 14′er or over Hoosier Pass into South Park or the other direction towards Lake Dillon and Frisco.
