2009 sales compared to 2008 were down 24.5%.  Frisco real estate was only down 8.4%
2009 Summit County residential sales were nearly 1/3 single family homes (32.5%)

We actually had a large increase for November 2009 when compared to November of 2008. November 2007 sales were 201 transactions and the same month in 2008 dropped a whopping 68% to 64. Last month we had 107 transactions; still only 53% of what we did two years ago, but a 67% increase over the year prior. That is a trend we hope will continue. With 80 properties that have gone under contract since November 1st and still scheduled to close, the chances of ending the year with only a 27% decrease is looking pretty good. Year end 2008 vs 2007 was off by 43%, so we are happy to “only ” be down less than 30%. We are still only doing about 40% of the business we did two years ago, but after the rough year we have had in 2009, we are ….
